Michael is the son of Robert and Kathy Jones, he is 40 years old. Michael is the youngest of his siblings. He loves the Lord and stands strong in his faith. Michael enjoys singing Christian Music and attending Church, he is a member of the First Apostolic Church in Knoxville, TN. He is also the father of Ami Jones his diabetic alert dog which he loves dearly.
Ami Jones is from Las Vegas, Nevada, she joined our team in February, 2018. Ami is a Standard Poodle, she trained in Las Vegas for one year before becoming Michael Jones' Diabetic Alert Dog. Ami has been a wonderful addition to our staff and she loves everyone.
Sophie is an Emotional Support Dog/ Service Dog. She is a standard poodle, and she loves to comfort others. Sophie is still in training, but she is doing a great job so far.
Leigh Ann is from Clinton, Tn. As a widow she knows what people go through during a time of loss and has a passion for helping others. Outside the Mortuary she enjoys spending time with her son Cody and dog Princess. Her hobbies include singing, doing Diamond Art and being a member of a local Volunteer Fire Department where she is a licensed Emergency Medical Responder.
Emilee is from Andersonville, Tn. And graduated from Anderson County HIgh School and Chattanooga State. Family is very important to her which results in her passion for providing all families with a funeral service that celebrates your loved ones and provides you with a sense of comfort during a time of great loss.

Mark joined Jones Mortuary in 2025. Mark is a licensed funeral director and embalmer, licensed Life Insurance agent and a certified crematory operator. Mark completed his associate degree in Mortuary Science at John A Gupton College in Nashville, Tennessee in August of 1992. As a funeral director my most important role is to provide compassionate care and support to grieving families, helping them navigate the complexities of loss and create a meaningful service that honors the deceased. Mark was born in Morristown, Tennessee and was raised in Sneedville Tennessee. In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with is son James Isaac and all his family.
