Tommy Ray Chase of Clinton, TN, age 60, born December 29, 1958 passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at The Waters of Clinton in Clinton, TN. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Hazel Chase; aunt Mary Hawn; and uncle Henry Duncan

Tommy is survived by his son, Adrian (Ashley) Chase; daughter, Liberty Chase; grandsons, Colin and McKinley Chase; three brothers, Jimmy Chase, Vaughn Chase and Johnny Chase; sister, Peggy Jeffers; aunts, Reva June Duncan and Geneva Williams; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Tommy's family will be having private graveside service at a later date. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
