Lynn Curtis Anderson

Lynn Curtis Anderson, age 71, of Clinton passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.
He was born December 27, 1949 in Clinton to the late Allen P. and Ruby Davis Anderson. He was a member of Alpha Lodge in Clinton, and the Scottish Rite. Lynn spent many years as a cross-country truck driver, and repaired and sold sewing machines for over 50 years. He spent the last several years as the primary caretaker for his wife, Kay. During the pandemic he sewed approximately 2,000 masks to give away. He was preceded in death by daughter, Dr. Katherine Anderson Bradbury, brother Willet Anderson, sisters Anna Hopper and Jean Beets. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beverly Kay Bowling Anderson, daughters Kimberly Anderson, Kaara (Chris) Patton of Knoxville, son, Joshua Anderson of Clinton, grandson Asher Anderson, sister, Shirley (Jimmy) Cheely of Palatka, FL, son-in-law, Andrew Bradbury of Maynardville, and many nieces and nephews. The family will hold a memorial at a later time.
