Joy Renee' O'Neal

Joy Renee’ O’Neal, age 59 of Clinton, Tn. passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on April 5, 1965 in Clinton, Tn. she was the daughter of the late Argo W. and Alma Guy Duncan.

Joy is survived by her husband: Fred “Joe” O’Neal and daughter: Meagan Watson and husband Ryan of Clinton; cousins and other relatives and friends.

The family would like to give special thanks to Beth Ann Carter, Angie Isabell and U.T. Hospice for their special care.

Friends may visit with the O’Neal Family on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. in the Jones Mortuary Chapel, with Rev. Fred “Joe” O’Neal and Rev. Larry Overton officiating.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
