John Gayne

John Lawrence Gayne, age 63 of Clinton, Tn. passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Remington, New York on August 4, 1959 he was the son of Daro and Carol Stevenson Burt of Clinton, Tn. John was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and worked as a plasterer.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Renee Daugherty Gayne; sons, Jody Wright of Kentucky and Cory Wright of Clinton, Tn.; daughter, Janae Wright of Clinton, Tn.; brothers, Clark Gayne of New York, Phillip Burt, Rick Burt, Matt Burt and Derry Burt of Clinton, Tn.; grandchildren, Jozlyn Wright, Kamryn Wright, Kylyn Stacy, Layla Wright, Avery Wright, Jordyn Wright and John Wright. He was preceded in death by his sister, Darlene Burt.
