James Riggs

James Riggs age 71 of Clinton, TN passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the Norris Health and Rehabilitation Center in Norris, TN. James was preceded in death by his parents James and Mary Fann Riggs as well as several other relatives. In honoring James' wishes, there will be no services. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
