Gary Maloy

Gary Maloy age 66 of Oak Ridge TN passed away on Friday August 9, 2013 at his home in Oak Ridge, TN. Gary was a member of Alpha Lodge # 376 F & AM, and Faith Lodge #756 F & AM. He also was a member at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Clinton, TN where he served as a deacon. Gary loved mission work and went on numerous mission trips. He also played Santa Clause many years at the community schools, churches, nursing homes, and day cares. Gary committed most of his time to giving to others and helping his family and friends. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, George Franklin and Mary Nell Maloy; brother in law, Tom Kiehl. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Brenda Maloy of Oak Ridge, TN; sister, Wanda Kiehl of Andersonville, TN and her children, Michael, Kellie and Frank; brother in law, Steve Perry and his children, Samantha and Sean; sisters in law, Teresa Vance of Oak Ridge, TN and her children, John, Jean, and Josh, and Janis Stamper & husband Clifford of KY and their children, Shannon and Randy; special friends, Jim Cardwell, Walter Purkey, and Donnie Disney; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Gary's family will receive his friends on Sunday, August 11, 2013 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with a Masonic service at 7:00 pm and a celebration of life following with all the deacons of Pleasant View Baptist Church officiating. Jones Mortuary in Clinton TN is in charge of all arrangements.
