GailAnn Flack age 62 of Clinton, TN passed away Friday February 5, 2010 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was a very loving wife and mother. GailAnn volunteered her time as a Girl Scout leader and in the school systems. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander & Miriam Haywood; husband, Paul Flack, and brothers, Alexander & Walter Haywood.

Survivors are daughter, Karen Deem (Patrick) of Knoxville, TN; Goddaughter, Ashley Velasquez of CA; sons, Robert Parker (Deidre) of Colorado, John Parker Jr of NJ; brothers, Robert Haywood (Jan) of Miss; sisters, Cheryl Alfano (Joe) of NJ, Susan Graves (Curt) of NJ, Cindy Daulton (Dennis) of NJ, 2 grandchildren, Tony and Brianna, a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for GailAnn will be held at a later date. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
